Terms
- We prefer to give you a fixed quote if possible. We need to know something about your project before we can give you a quote. We know that sometimes it's a little fuzzy, and you're not sure exactly what you want, or how big it will get, in which case we can agree on an hourly rate, with some progress checks to help stay within your budget.
- All quoted fees include two rounds of revision if required (rare). Additional revisions will be charged at our hourly rate.
- Positive attitude, reliable on-time delivery, discretion and confidentiality included at no additional cost.
- Up-front deposit and/or progress payments may be required from new clients and for large projects.
- Rapid turnaround projects may attract a surcharge.
- The full contracted fee will be payable even if the project fails to proceed after the writing is completed.
- Payment for hours worked will be required if the project is terminated during the writing phase.

Vigorous writing is concise. A sentence should contain no unnecessary words, a paragraph no unnecessary sentences, for the same reason that a drawing should have no unnecessary lines and a machine no unnecessary parts.
